 Black is the great muting and deepening color. We have used it with the other colors with great success! I am a real fan of black even though I haven't made a strictly black lip balm.

Remember, a little goes a long way!

Cold Process Soap: not tested yet
Glycerin Soap Base: not suitable
Lotion: not suitable
Bath Salts: not suitable
Lip Balm: Perfect! Makes ruby a burgundy color or coral a browner color.
Body Butter/Salve: Perfect as long as no water soluble ingredients are added
Sugar/Salt Scrubs: Perfect as long as no water soluble ingredients are added
Massage Oils: Perfect as long as no water soluble ingredients are added
