Lilac Complex Water

This is the exception to our hydrosol category. While we first wanted to keep this category as an all natural type listing, this product had no other logical place to go. Lilacs do not lend themselves to hydrosols at all. The spring scent that is common in the north, and similar to gardenia in the south, is a great facial product. Try it in toners, lotions and creams. The fragrance will not fade away when used as a large part of the product. Nor will your product be sticky! YEA!!!

I think a hair conditioner, leave in type, is in the near future!
