Turtles are a big thing in Hawaii. When I was there it was amazing to see how much the turtles were a part of island life. I guess it is similar to the cactus worship we desert dwellers have. Anyway, I found the thought of watching the turtles eat sea weed and rest on the beach to be marvelous. These are awesome creatures to just sit and watch.
