Current COVID-19 Status - September 2020

We're back to normal processing times! We are able to process and ship orders within 1 business day. Any order placed before 2 pm on a business day will ship that same day.

Days to Ship:
We are shipping orders Monday through Friday.

Phone calls:
We will be able to have staff available to answer phones between 9:30 am and 4 pm, Monday through Friday. We will be happy to help answer your questions or take your orders over the phone.

Inventory: (Is my item in stock?)
Our website will allow you to place orders for items that we can fill. Any items that are limited to stock on hand will only allow you to purchase what we have available.

COVID-19 Safety:
We are still committed to caring for the health and well-being of our team and our customers. We are following cleaning and sanitizing protocols that meet or exceed good manufacturing practices as well as public health guidelines and can help to reduce the spread of COVID-19.

Contactless Pick Up Options: Customers who can pick up at our Nibley office are now allowed to do so with the Contactless Pick Up.

Memorial Day Weekend - May 22, 2020

We will be closed on Memorial Day.

All orders placed after 2 pm Mountain Time on May 21, will be processed on May 26 with the goal that we will ship as many orders as possible that same day.

Limited Order Processing Available - April 20, 2020

We're able to process a limited number of online orders now and have opened our website to allow you to submit your orders online! Orders placed today will start shipping on April 21, 2020.

Keeping Our Team Safe - April 15, 2020

To keep our employees safe, we are currently only processing orders for hospitals, medical facilities and others who are helping aid the fight against COVID-19. Please email us for more information or your order requests.

We are trying to catch up with high order requests right now and to keep our high-risk team members safe, we are operating with an extremely lean team who can process your orders.

We do understand that many of our customers are small businesses that have had a change in their recent material needs. If you need containers, please understand that we have limited stock available and we are not going to be able to get more stock quickly as the plastic containers industry is dealing with a global shortage.

Closing for Orders - April 6, 2020

We are closing for all orders, other than orders shipping to hospitals, medical facilities, and life-or-death needs.

If you are a necessary order for the fight against COVID-19, please contact us here.

We need to know your account information so we can pull your saved cart into an order status that requires urgent shipping.

If you are a hobbyist and enjoy your making adventures, please note that we might be able to ship your order but we will contact you first. If we can not contact you through email or phone, then your order will be canceled.

Saved carts can be picked up after the COVID-19 chaos dies down.


Power of Disinfectants - April 1, 2020

Power. You have the power to disinfect all of your daily surfaces.

Majestic Mountain Sage, Inc, has used the power of technology to make disinfectant for our customers and our community. By using water, salt, and vinegar in a machine which will send an electrical current to split the elements, we make acidified electrolyzed water. We are using the  EcoOne by Ecolox Technologies, (www.ecoloxtech.com).

Flattening the Curve - March 21, 2020

We're currently following the guidance from the CDC for all business responses to COVID-19.

  • We are maintaining a healthy work environment by routinely sanitizing all surfaces with a 100 ppm Hypochlorous Acid solution.

  • We have asked our employees to self-isolate when not at work.

  • We have implemented social distancing in our warehouse.

  • We are restricting order processing to shipped orders only. Pick up is not available at this time.

  • We are making soap available to all employees and require hand washing that meets both the CDC's Clean Hands Program and the FDA's Good Manufacturing Practices for Cosmetics.

COVID-19 Notice – March 12, 2020

With the number of cases of COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus 2019 or SARS-CoV-2) skyrocketing, tomorrow, March 13, will be our last day of a full staff. To limit exposure and to help protect our employees, we will be implementing some precautions.

  • Starting today, no non-essential people will be permitted in our facility.

  • Starting on March 16, we will have limited hours of operation each day.

  • We will only accept and ship orders for items that are in-stock as long as UPS and USPS are taking packages.

  • Any items on backorder will be dropped from your order to prevent a backlog.

We have informed our staff to collect items for up to 60 days of in-home confinement, including a full fuel tank in their cars. From the beginning of our self-isolation, we will be replacing smoke detectors, painting rooms at home, repairing leaking faucets, and playing with the kids. Because our staff is our most valuable asset, they will be paid during this closure. We believe that investing in our team is the right thing to do.

As you prepare for self-isolation in your area, consider teaching your kids how to make soap, lotions, and lip balms. Also, consider placing a box of soap at your mailbox to allow your neighbors to take a bar or two. We will get through this pandemic if we work together.
