This cocoa butter is almost completely odorless. It is white in color due to the additional refinement, which makes an odorless product. When you are working with cocoa butter, it can give a chocolatey odor to everything it is a component of. If you want a reduction of odor from the regular product, then use the Deodorized form. If you want an odorless product, then use the White, Ultrarefined cocoa butter. If the color is an issue, the regular and deodorized cocoa butter has a yellow color; the white cocoa butter is white.
