Pie Day 2016
Today is the most wonderful day of the Pie World. I love pie. Today I am making blueberry, apple, pecan and chocolate pecan. This morning, before we head back home, we are getting orders out the door. Our focus today is to ship everything we can by noon. Our hope is that we clear every single order and have a clean slate for Monday. All orders in by 7AM Mountain Time are on the docket for today.

I might add a boysenberry pie to today’s schedule. I found some of these berries in my freezer this morning and am feeling like a bit of sunshine should warm our holidays.
