Water Soluble Colorant Kit

This kit contains 1/2 ounce each of Lemon Yellow, Grape, and Purple Raspberry colors. We use these three colors as our primary colors for mixing. We use these colors in our Bases which contain water like Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Lotion, Body Cream and more.

The kit comes with dropper bottles too! Just add 1/2 tsp of dry colorant into the bottle, top up with plain water, insert dropper tip then cap and shake well. When the dry powder is completely dissolved into the water then you are ready to color away!

These colors are not suitable for lip balm or massage oils.

The amount of color in this kit is able to color many gallons of Liquid Bases and many pounds of Melt and Pour Soap. It is a little goes a long way type of thing! Enjoy!

Charcoal, Activated

After LOTS of requests by soapmakers for Activated Charcoal, we now have it in our catalog! Our Activated Charcoal is made from coconut shell through carbonization and is steam activated. The coconut shells are a byproduct from the food and oil production industries.

Activated Charcoal is a perfect addition to soaps to get black or grey colors. If you use our Activated Charcoal along with some of our Botanical powders like Alkanet or Madder Root, you will now have a broader range of natural color in your soaps.

Who will be the first to submit photos of their soaps using our Activated Charcoal so our blog team can talk more about this great additive? If I know the blog team, they will find a goody box for customers submitting photographs.
