Our Variable Temp Heat Gun has a range of 250 degrees F to 1100 degrees F. This wide range is perfect for all applications form shrinking the wrap on baskets to tiny bands on bottles and jars.

We have shrink bands for lip balm tubes, regular 1/4 oz jars, low profile jars and the baby lip balm jars. The bands have a perforation along one side so it can be removed easily. The bands cover the entire container but the top and bottom center.

These shrink bands leave then ends of the soap exposed yet cover the large portion of the bar. They are often applied over a cigar band type label. The Bar Soap Bands will fit a soap up to 3 inches wide and 5.75 inches in circumference.

Dan's soaps are a bit larger than our standard size. Dan's soaps are a tad bit longer and a tad bit deeper which means our regular bar soap shrink bands will not fit! Well, we have come up with a solution. Dan now has his own bands. If your soaps are a bit bigger and you need a larger band, try Dan's. He won't mind sharing with you at all. Dan's Bands will fit soaps up to 3.4 inches wide and 6.75 inches in circumference.

So, you make your soap in a large loaf mold. You spend extra time fluffing the surface and sprinkling sparkles on top. This cut bar of soap is an inch thick (or more), now what? How do you shrink wrap it? JUMBO bands to the rescue! We sized these bands to fit the biggest single bars we regularly see. This is not for the whole loaf, folks! This band is just for each individual bar of soap cut from a loaf where the height is extra tall, and the width is extra wide, and the thickness of each bar is bigger than typical. These bars are often pretty and colorful but it takes two hands to hold on to them!

The shrink bands will leave the side edges open, just like all bar soap bands. So, shrink away to make your soaps protected from bruising when traveling from show to show, or just in the mail to Grandma's house.

Shrinking hint: If you choose to use a hair dryer and not a heat gun, you will know your hair dryer is hot enough if the band shrinks smoothly. If the band won't shrink any more and you have circle shapes that look like nickle and dime sized bubbles, then your hair dryer does not get hot enough.

These bands will fit soaps up to 5 inches wide and 8 inches in circumference.

A number of you have said that you make soaps that are Jumbo sized but also decorated on top. You may have tried our Jumbo bands but found your decorated peaks are just a bit too perky to fit into the Jumbo bands. Well, we turned the band just for you! We made the band narrower and much taller to fit those peaks! If your bar soap is up to 3.75 inches wide and 10 inches circumference. The circumference maximum is 10 inches. Yes, 10 inches! Now you know why we call this a Jumbo Decorated Bar Soap Shrink Band.

Do you make bath bombs the size of tennis balls? Do you want fewer fingers picking at your wares? These shrink bands close up most of the sides of a tennis ball sized bath bomb. The ends will remain open for smelling the product, but the majority of the ball will be protected. Ever wonder what size a tennis ball is? About 2.7 inches in diameter! Bands have perforations for easy removal by the end consumer.

These shrink bands come in packs of 100 and are ready to slide over the tube for shrinking with a heat gun. We set the heat gun on medium high and do an initial shrink around the tube, then we follow up with the hot air blowing the tube across the counter. As the tube rolls away, all of the areas of the shrink band are exposed for even shrinking.

These shrink bags give you a way to give an elegant fit to soaps with a molded shape. Simply place your soap into the bag and heat seal the edge closed with an impulse sealer. Then use a heat gun to shrink the bag to a perfect fit around your soap.
