INCI = Blue 1

Color only turns purple in an alkaline environment. Color is blue in lotions or melt & pour soap base. To mix a large quantity, add 1/2 tsp color to a 1 oz dropper bottle, fill with water, insert dropper tip, and place the cap on the bottle. Shake well.

Recommended vehicle for dispersing: water.

Cold Process Soap: purple, medium to vivid
Glycerin Soap Base: blue, pale to vivid; will bleed, so make soaps solid color only, not swirls.
Lotion: blue
Bath Salts: blue, pale to medium, mix into a small spray bottle instead of a dropper bottle, spray salts with color, will turn bath water blue.
Lip Balm: not suitable

Worth the money!! A little goes a long way. It dissolves really easily in water, but be prepared as it's be blue then red then purple as the ph changes. I've achieved in CP from a dark rich purple to a lighter purple. It's more unique on the lighter side imo.
