Epsom salts are also known as Magnesium Sulfate USP or (MgSO4.7H2O).
Named for mineral waters found in Epsom England, Epsom salts have long been used as a mineral water soak. Add a cup or two to warm bath water for a soothing spa treatment. Epsom salt can also be used in a salt scrub to exfoliate, cleanse and soften rough spots.
