Moonlight Path Glitter Soap

I have always loved Moonlight Path. Long before I ever worked here at Majestic Mountain Sage, I remember going to Bath & Bodyworks to smell all of their products. One scent that always called to me was their Moonlight Path. I loved it. It is smooth, elegant and ladylike. It was also paired with one of my favorite colors – purple! I was so excited to find MMS carries their own version of Moonlight Path. The best part is that I can make anything I want to! Our Royal Purple Glitter is a perfect match for the Moonlight Path Fragrance Oil.Collect Needed Items:

6 ounces Hydrogenated Soy
5 ounces Coconut Oil
5 ounces Olive Oil
6 ounces Water
2.2 ounces Lye
.3 ounces Moonlight Path Fragrance Oil
1 Tbl Royal Purple Glitter

170 grams Hydrogenated Soy
141 grams Coconut Oil
141 grams Olive Oil
170 grams Water
62 grams Lye
9 grams Moonlight Path Fragrance Oil
1 Tbl Royal Purple Glitter
Recipe in Percentages
25% Hydrogenated Soy
20% Coconut Oil
20% Olive Oil
25% Water
Q.S. Lye
Q.S. Moonlight Path Fragrance Oil
Q.S. Royal Purple Glitter

Weigh all of the oils into a microwave safe container. Heat gently until liquid. Add the lye to the water to for a lye solution. Mix the oils and lye solution and blend until a light trace is achieved. Add the Moonlight Path
Fragrance Oil and Royal Purple Glitter and mix well. Pour into a mold and allow to sit for 24 hours. Cut the soap. Allow the soap to cure. Longer curing time will result in a harder bar. Enjoy!
