Processing Times
We are shipping 99% of all orders on the day our shopping cart gives as the processing day. We are super-duper fast! No dilly-dallying around here!

You can look at our shipping map to calculate the time in transit via UPS Ground from Utah to you.

Holiday Shipping Notes
What holidays will affect your orders and their shipping times? There are three major holidays that will affect your orders and I’ve included the dates you need to know below.

Thanksgiving
11/21 aka Pie Day: We consider family to be so important that we work a 1/2 day to get your orders packaged and shipped before we head home to make pies and rolls with our families. Both UPS and USPS will ship and deliver packages as usual. Orders in by 7 am MST will ship today!
11/22 aka Thanksgiving Day: We will be closed to spend time with the real VIPs, our families. Both UPS and USPS will be closed and no package delivery will be available.
11/23 aka Black Friday: We will be closed to spend time with our families. Both UPS and USPS will ship and deliver packages as usual.

Christmas & New Year’s Day
12/17: Last day to ship orders via UPS Ground to all 5-day transit areas for arrival before Christmas. Orders must be placed before noon to qualify for this shipping guarantee.
12/18: Last day to ship orders via UPS Ground to all 4-day transit areas for arrival before Christmas. Orders must be placed before noon to qualify for this shipping guarantee.
12/19: Last day to place orders for shipping in 2018! All orders placed on the 20th or later will be processed and shipped in 2019. The 19th will be the last day our phones and technical support team will be available for 2018 assistance.
12/20: We will be closed to the public and will spend the day shipping all orders placed on the 19th. Our phones and technical support staff will NOT be available. We won’t leave the office until ALL orders are shipped.
12/21 – 1/1: We will be closed to spend time with our families because we need to make cookies with our kids. UPS and USPS will be delivering packages on all days except December 25th and January 1st.
1/2: Normal operations resume. Our entire crew will return to work and ship orders placed over the holiday break. Our goal is to have all orders that were placed in 2018 ship no later than January 4th.
