New Products Release!

I’m so excited to announce that we have added some more new products to the catalog and even brought back two! Come join me for a sneak peak of the latest additions!

Lip Pen – Various Tips: I’m tickled pink to announce that we now have lip pens with both brush and doe foot style tips. The body and over cap of the pen is clear with both the brush and doe foot having white applicators. The doe foot gives is velvety feeling applicator while the brush is a soft brush applicator. Both are fantastic options! Which one will you use?

Screw Top Tin, 0.25 oz: This tin has a total measurement of 1.63 inches in diameter and 0.5 inches tall. For label area, I would make a round label that is 1.38 inches in diameter for both the top and bottom. This tin is so short that there isn’t room for a label on the side. I would use this tin for lip balms or specialty salves that a little goes a long way. This would also be a great travel size for holding those small items like earrings.

Screw Top Tin, 0.75 oz: This tin has a total measurement of 2 inches in diameter and 0.63 inches tall. For label area, I would make a round label that was 1.88 inches in diameter for both the top and bottom. If you wanted a side label, it cannot be any taller than 0.2 inches and no longer than 5.88 inches wide to meet both edges of the label wrapped around the tin. I would use this tin for salves and small lotion bars. This tin could also hold larger earrings or other personal items while traveling.

Screw Top Tin, 2 oz: This tin has a total measurement of 2.88 inches in diameter and 0.88 inches tall. For label area, I would make a round label that was 2.75 inches in diameter for both the top and bottom. If you wanted a side label, I would recommend a label no taller than 0.38 inches tall and no longer 8.5 inches wide to meet both edges of the label wrapped around the tin. I would use this tin for salves, lotion bars and butters. This tin would make a great necklace or bracelet holder as well as a treasure tin for any child.

20 mL Jar Shrink Bands: You asked and we listened! We now have brought in Shrink bands for our 20 mL Lip Balm Jars. These shrink bands now mean you can display products without having people open your lip balms. Yay!

Summer Melon Fragrance: I love cantaloupes! They are one of my favorite fruits that are best in the late summer. One of my favorite desserts is a cantaloupe ice cream that my dad has made every summer since I was a little girl. Our Summer Melon Fragrance reminds me of that special summer treat. This isn’t a candy-like fragrance oil. It is a fresh and sweet cantaloupe with just a faint touch of vanilla. It will discolor in cold process soap to a tan color due to the vanillin content, but is still a fabulous scent!

Creamy Chai Tea Fragrance: I really should let our Chai junkie, Taylor, write this review. However as she is currently elbows deep in a “super secret” soap project, I’ll have to try my best. 🙂 Many of you have been asking, pleading and even begging for the Chai Latte Essential Oil Blend to come back but until the prices for Black Pepper Essential Oil go down, we won’t be able to bring it back. To help all of you Chai junkies out there, we formulated this yummy Creamy Chai Tea Fragrance to help you. This fragrance smells fantastic. Spices mixed with black tea, milk and a faint touch of sweetener. Where would you use this?

IQ Air Health Pro Plus: We have three of these IQ Air Health Pro Plus Air Filters floating around the warehouse. These are very helpful to clean the air and they even help us keep our production areas cleaner by reducing dust that happens after packing any dry powders like colors or clays. My grandma got one after her asthma was not behaving even with treatment from inhalers. Within one week of delivering and setting this machine for her, she hadn’t had a single asthma attack during that week. She told me that she could feel the difference in the air she was breathing and her lungs didn’t feel as full anymore. She now has had the machine for almost 1 1/2 years and she has the ability to go places without asthma limiting her as much as it used to do so.

Lip Balm Slider Tin: We used to carry these tins and then we when we couldn’t get these tins, we had to discontinue them. Now after over a year of searching to find an acceptable replacement, we were finally able to bring this rectangular lip balm slider tin back! Many of you were pleading to get these tins back in stock and now they are! These tins are 2 inches long, 1 inch wide and 0.375 inch tall. I would recommend a label that is 1.75 inches long by 0.88 inches wide for the top and for the bottom I would recommend a label that is 1.63 inches long by 0.75 inches wide.

Shea Oil, Liquid: We had a slight problem earlier this year when we couldn’t get our hands on anymore Liquid Shea Oil. We brought in a Shea Oil that is a semi-solid oil, but many of you begged for us to bring back a liquid version of this oil because it was the oil of choice for so many of your recipes. We began searching and we found some more!
